8:30 a.m.

Our early service features no music making it a short, personal service. It is regularly attended by a loyal corps of worshipers who prefer a quiet service with a lay reader and priest.

10:30 a.m.

This service is more formal and features the full choir, piano, organ, acolytes, lay readers and children’s activities. Often, this service is accompanied by guitars or alternative brass and woodwind instruments.

St. Matthias normally uses Rite II in the Book of Common Prayer, but switches to Rite I during certain seasons such as Advent or Lent.
